Pros and cons of EZCast app for iPhone and iPad
EZCast app good for
This app was a wonderful find after buying a Chromecast as they go together very well. The only issue I am having is the games, airplay , and settings buttons(the bottom three shown in the pictures) do not appear on my screen. I am using a iPhone 4s .
Works perfectly! Never had a problem casting from to Chromecast
I like finding apps that I can combine media players. It needs an update to obtain some features that were shown in the demo but didnt show up but I like it so far. This app is getting great updates, keep them coming.
Hi, since the iOS9, I cannot use my EZCast dongle... In the AirPlay menu, I can choose my EZCast, but cannot select the mirror option. Its like my EZCast dongle is no more compatible with iPad.... ?!?
Some bad moments
I really wanted this to work, but had to send the hardware back to seller for refund.
At least with my Chromecast nothing but a black screen ist cast on the connected screen. It works with other Apps.
I tried connecting it, and it works. But when i change password, it wont let me connect now. Now its in the garbage bin...
I open the app and it closes by itself right after. Never even made it on to the menu page
If you try to play a video from web just appears an empty window with latin text :(
If you try to stream content offline the video is so laggy and slow it is impossibly to enjoy worthless app for streaming web content. The official Chromecast app can stream HD no problem but this app makes everything lag and impossible.
